Our Assistance Coordinators are all fluently bilingual (English/French). Most speak a third, fourth or even a fifth language.
They can respond in English, French, Chinese, Russian, German, Spanish, Greek, Bulgarian, Portuguese and Italian.

Our nurses are members of the Quebec Order of Nurses and are perfectly bilingual. Their combined experience totals many decades in international medical assistance, operating rooms, intensive care, health-line assistance and emergency services at several medical facilities across Canada.
