Whether or not identity theft has occurred, callers have access to a team of highly skilled professionals experienced in identity theft prevention and the restoration process.

ID Theft Assistance offers two levels of service:

PREVENTION COMPONENTprotects against identity theft. Clients have access online or hard-copy format to a wealth of practical information along with links to useful resources, checklists, etc.

VICTIM COMPONENT provides victims personalized, step by step support from the beginning of the process to restore their identity. Depending on their preferences and needs, victims are assisted in either one or a combination of the following three methods:

·                   Independent method

·                   Guided method

·                   Limited Power of Attorney method

Depending on the options selected, victims can be reimbursed for expenses related to re-establishing their credit or restoring their identity, up to a predetermined amount.
