Roadside Assistance and Road Access

Roadside Assistance and Road Access are intended for people who experience problems while traveling by car.

The assistance provided under both services is the same. Roadside Assistance is the traditional model where the program administrator covers the cost of each service provided under the program. Road Access provides the same level of assistance but on a "pay per use" basis where the customer has to pay for each service used, only when the service is used, at a group rate previously negotiated by the assistance company and guaranteed to be lower than the "street" price.

In both cases, your customers can travel with peace of mind, knowing they will get quality service from a reliable supplier.

Highly trained Assistance Coordinators, accessing our preferred suppliers network database and using computer search tools, are always available and will dispatch emergency services, using local service providers who are licensed to do the work and who adhere to the quality standards set by Sigma Assistel.
