Home Assistance provides referrals to local resources for people who need help with home maintenance, repairs and emergencies. Proven methods are used to analyze your customers' requests, answer their questions, locate the expert services they need and facilitate contact between the parties.
We only refer local suppliers with a proven track record, who are licensed to do the job or answer your customers' questions, and adhere to Sigma Assistel's strict quality standards.
Highly trained Assistance Coordinators, accessing our preferred suppliers network database and using computer search tools, provide answers to customers' questions and make qualified referrals.
Availability
Our Assistance Coordinators are available 24 hours a day. They will immediately send emergency teams as required, or provide supplier information or referrals within 48 hours after the call.
Typical Questions
- "I need to have electrical work done on my house, but I don't know any reliable contractors. Can you find one for me and arrange for them to call me?"
- "I've just changed some light sockets and switches in my kitchen, and the ceiling fixture no longer works. Can you put me in touch with someone who can help me deal with this over the phone?"
- "I just bought a new dishwasher and want to install it myself. I would like to talk to someone who could guide me through it or give me tips on how to install it."
