Convalescence Assistance provides help to people recovering from accidents, surgery or serious illness. We analyze the customer's needs, answer their questions, locate expert services and facilitate contact between the parties.

We only refer local and national suppliers with a proven track record. They must be licensed to do the job or answer your customers' questions, and must adhere to Sigma Assistel's quality standards.

We can also oversee the coordination of services for the customer following a thorough needs assessment. Our services could include:

• Contacting the suppliers.
• Negotiating agreements with private health providers and other home services such as domestic help, transportation, babysitting, etc.
• Following the customer closely during the convalescence.
• Arranging for admission to convalescent homes.
• Monitoring the case with the customer's physician.

Our nursing and medical team is supported by our highly trained Assistance Coordinators, accessing our preferred suppliers network database, and helping your customers recuperate from illnesses or surgery.

Our Assistance Coordinators and nurses are available 24 hours a day.
