24-Hour Assistance has been designed to help people connect with the Sponsor's customer service team by manning the telephone lines when they are not available, ensuring continuity in a transparent and efficient manner. By providing telephone assistance in English and French we can ensure a consistently high level of service quality.

Highly trained Assistance Coordinators, using Sigma Assistel's computer search tools, can quickly answer customers' questions, complete the appropriate documentation and transfer calls, documents and files to Sponsors for efficient service delivery.

Our Assistance Coordinators are available 24 hours a day.
