- Short-Term Wage Loss Insurance. Our short-term wage loss insurance provides 80% to 100% of the employee's salary for an absence of up to 17 weeks due to illness or disability. The employer pays for this coverage.
Long-Term Disability Insurance. Our long-term coverage provides benefits equal to 70% of the employee's salary beginning on the 18th week of disability.
Attractive Retirement Plan
This is a retirement plan with preset, indexed benefits for which the employer pays 1.85 times the employee's contribution. It is designed to provide the employee with an income from all sources combined of about 70% of his/her salary upon retirement.

Work Conditions
We offer our employees the following options.

- Annual Vacation-the number of days depends on the number of years of service
- Statutory holidays-13 per year in Quebec
- Sick Leave
- Personal Days-for bereavement, marriage, moving, etc.
- Maternity, paternity, adoption, and parental leave-usually in addition to employment insurance benefits
- Education Leave-a maximum of four months, paid at 70% of the employee's salary
- Unpaid Leave-a maximum of one year, upon approval
- Deferred Pay Leave-allowing an eligible employee to finance unpaid leave by deferring a part of his/her salary, subject to the tax rules in effect.
