Chubb Masterpiece AssistT is a newly enhanced program that offers all of the great benefits customers enjoyed previously under the Global Navigator Program combined with the added benefits of Identity Theft Resolution Assistance and Travel Concierge Service. Customers can now call toll free within North America at 1-877-871-3220 or collect from anywhere in the world at 514-871-3220.
	Q	-	Should customers keep their old Global Navigator cards?
	A	-	No. New online printable wallet cards for this newly enhanced program are available here.
	Q	-	When can I start using this service?
	A	-	Chubb Masterpiece AssistT is launching on May 1st, 2008.
	Q	-	In addition to phone assistance, is there help via the Internet?
	A	-	Yes. We invite you to visit www.masterpieceassist.com . It is equipped to help answer virtually any travel assistance question; it provides guidance in the event of identity theft, and it features a handy way to print wallet cards with all of the program's contact information - at just at a click of a button. Take this wallet card with you when you travel to be prepared.
	Q	-	Will I be able to call any time - day or night?
	A	-	Yes. Assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
	Q	-	Are calls answered in both French and English?
	A	-	Yes. Our highly trained team of Assistance Coordinators is able to help customers in 120 different languages and each representative is equipped to help you in either of our two official languages.
	Q	-	Will this cover my expenses associated with emergency travel assistance?
	A	-	No. Chubb Masterpiece AssistT is designed to work in conjunction with your medical and travel insurance. Our Assistance Coordinators are equipped to provide assistance, referrals and coordination of benefits should a medical emergency arise during your trip.
	Q	-	Will this cover all of my family members?
	A	-	Yes. This program follows the same broad definition of a family member as outlined in your policy. This includes your relatives who live with you or any other person under 25 in your care.
	Q	-	If I think my identity has been compromised, but I'm not sure, can I still call for help?
	A	-	Yes. The damage from having your identity stolen can become worse every day that it goes unresolved. Even if you merely suspect your identity might be in jeopardy, we encourage you to call Chubb Masterpiece AssistT to rest your mind at ease or begin the process to recovery and restoration. 	Q	-	Chubb's Identity Fraud coverage provides expense coverage for third party identity theft resolution services. Does Chubb Masterpiece AssistT pay for these kinds of expenses?
	A	-	Most instances of identity theft can be resolved without expensive legal costs. The services provided by Chubb Masterpiece AssistT are designed to determine the status of your identity and restore your identity in the event it has been compromised. If identity resolution services become greater than what is included through Chubb Masterpiece Assist, please contact your broker or the Chubb Claims department as you may wish to access your policy's expense provisions.
	Q	-	I am victim of ID theft. Is there a way to monitor my credit file?
	A	-	Yes. We offer free credit monitoring service for a year to victims of ID theft.
