Over the last two decades, our team has negotiated and maintained agreements with internationally renowned providers of health care and travel emergency services. We maintain ongoing relationships with consulates, embassies, professionals and other representation offices world wide, and have reciprocal arrangements with International Assistance Providers ensuring our customers safety and peace of mind wherever they are. When a call comes in, our assistance team reassures the caller and takes charge of the situation. Our services include all aspects of case and claim management, including repatriation and making payments to care and health providers. Each program is customized to meet the needs of our clients and can include: Analysis and case follow-up, including maintaining contact between local and international participants. Health provider network management. Claims management and cost containment. Case management with care providers and attending physician. Repatriation management and coordination.
